Kevin serves as Chief Executive Officer for PRO Global Solutions – which includes RightSourcing and PRO Unlimited. As CEO, Kevin leads the vision and strategy for the organization and is recognized as one of the technology industry’s most tenured and trusted experts. 

Prior to joining RightSourcing in 2020, Kevin served as Global CEO for Cision, an industry leading SaaS Marketing and Communications software provider, where he took the company public on the NYSE before selling it for $2.8B.

Kevin has also been General Manager at both Oracle and Salesforce, running business units that were category leaders in Cloud Software, Services and Data. Earlier in his career, Kevin held Executive positions at companies including Jigsaw, Acxiom and RR Donnelley.

Maria joined RightSourcing in 2018 with a proven track record of success in the healthcare community – ranging from practice optimization and revenue cycle management to strategic planning, change management and implementation. Her reasons for joining RightSourcing were the same as her reasons for dedicating a career to healthcare: “Endless possibilities. Endless opportunities.”

RightSourcing was booming with that opportunity as the industry’s premier purely vendor-neutral MSP, allowing healthcare systems to leverage the best talent at the best rates while minimizing risk and maximizing actionable analytics. 

But Maria’s passion for the value proposition extends beyond the insights, services, technology and consultative components that make RightSourcing healthcare’s premier workforce platform. Her commitment to client’s success pushes the boundaries of traditional contingent workforce management. Through broader, deeper and stronger relationships, RightSourcing’s value to client partners has evolved beyond being transactional in nature to become more transformative as trusted advisors focused on strategic goal alignment with client organizations.

Maria also serves on the supply chain working group for the COVID-19 Healthcare Coalition (C19HCC) -- private industry’s response to the novel coronavirus started by Mayo Clinic, Leavitt Partners and MIT. C19HCC is guided by the mission to save lives by providing real-time learning to preserve healthcare delivery and protect U.S. populations.

Maria also sits on the advisory committee for the Healthcare HR Management Institute – working as part of an engaged community of healthcare HR thought leaders that exchange information and ideas to improve healthcare leadership and patient care.

In her free time (there is some!), she enjoys spending time hiking with her husband and their two children. She’s also a SCUBA enthusiast who is known to plan a family vacation in an area where she can sneak in a quick dive.
 

In 2001 Leanne embarked upon a groundbreaking endeavor to introduce the MSP model to healthcare organizations and universities for the contingent workforce segment of the industry. 

Since then, Leanne has successfully expanded RightSourcing’s footprint nationwide as she strategically guides clients in their efforts to address workforce challenges by minimizing risk and simultaneously increasing efficiency and decreasing cost. 

Through Leanne’s breadth of experience and industry acumen, RightSourcing was able to customize our technology to combine our vendor-neutral MSP with our best-in-class VMS – providing clients with a comprehensive workforce management platform.

Leanne’s status as an industry leader has been acknowledged by numerous awards, including recently being identified by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the top 100 most influential people within the staffing industry, as well as being named to the SIA Global 150 — Women in Staffing list.

Often considered RightSourcing’s “Swiss Army Knife,” Hillary has been instrumental in RightSourcing’s strategic growth since she started with RightSourcing in 2004. With time spent as a business analyst and stops in business development and implementations, Hillary has called client services home for the last decade.

In her role as Vice President of Client Services, Hillary is focused on enhancing the client experience and growing account relationships through strategic programs, initiatives, standards, tools, training and support procedures.

Hillary is a key member of the senior leadership team dedicated to partnering with the compliance, operations, sales and implementations teams to ensure proper focus of product and service delivery while maintaining a growth strategy and effectively leveraging resources to create exceptional outcomes.

Hillary resides in Southern California with her husband and four children.

As Vice President of Operations, Tanya Storer partners with RightSourcing’s clients nationwide to adapt to the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. 

Tanya gains the trust of our valued business partners by driving successful implementations that ensure efficiency and standardization of processes while optimizing clients’ contingent workforce needs.

A member of the Project Management Institute with PMP Certification, Tanya has overseen large-scale electronic health records projects as well as practice management software implementations throughout her career.

Our healthcare partners tout Tanya’s calm demeanor as well as her knack for bringing collaborative support and innovative solutions to the operational process. For her, it’s taking pride in establishing relationships with clients to ensure their success. In Tanya’s words, it all boils down to delivering on promises: “Do what you say you will do!” 

Away from work, you can find Tanya and her husband exploring new destinations on a cruise ship or spending time with their rescue puppy, Whitley.

Matt joined RightSourcing in 2018 and brings nearly 20 years of staffing industry and MSP expertise to meet the challenges of healthcare clients across the country. As Vice President of Client Services, Matt immerses himself in partnering with his teams and clients to deliver top-notch, consultative service in a seamless manner.

Matt's extensive background in operations and program management translates to an impressive understanding of our clients' objectives. What is equally as impressive is his ability to then develop and drive strategy that aligns with those objectives.

As a leader, colleagues and clients tout Matt’s consistency and demeanor – he approaches minor challenges and major strategic initiatives with precision, focus and patience. His management style inspires and motivates his teams to support clients in a collaborative manner. Matt recognizes that change, success and growth are the result of incremental accomplishments and for that reason he's never afraid to "roll up his sleeves" and work side-by-side with his teams to get the job done.

Outside of work, Matt’s passion is his family – he lives in Colorado with his wife and three daughters. The “Centennial State” provides a nice backdrop for his love of mountain biking and road cycling.

Theresa initially joined RightSourcing in 2016 as a member of our Strategy, Analytics and Metrics (SAM) Team. Her experience partnering with clients to deliver value-added solutions in response to complex and strategic challenges made for a natural transition to client services leadership.

Clients value Theresa’s industry acumen and ability to take quantitative analysis and qualitative observations and weave them into a narrative of what is happening and why.

Taped to her computer monitor is a note she wrote when she accepted her first job out of college that reads: Don’t start any thought with “I can’t” – instead start with “How can I?” This mindset is how she leads her teams by cultivating a collaborative environment where out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged – and required – to deliver innovative workforce solutions to some of the country’s largest healthcare systems.

Theresa was born in the Philippines, spent most of her childhood in Guam, and has called California home since she was 10. She loves exploring the world through the eyes of her six-year old son and enjoys running 5Ks and 10Ks for good causes. Theresa also holds a Masters’ degree in Human Resources Management, as well as two professional certifications (SPHR & CCWP).
