"Vendor-on-Premise" and the “Managed Services Program or Managed Staffing Programs” models focus on having one primary vendor fill most of a company's staffing orders. This primary vendor generally tries to fill every order with its own people, using sub-contractors only when it’s unable to fill positions this way. As a result, this model generally leaves secondary suppliers only with a small amount of hard-to-fill orders - and very little incentive to funnel their best people through their competitors to fill them.  There is also the risk to the suppliers that participate that their contract staff may want to sign up with the MSP directly.

On the other hand, because of its vendor-neutral model, RightSourcing acts as an unbiased facilitator of the whole process. The result is better candidates…and quicker filling of positions. This system incentivizes suppliers to provide their highest-quality candidates at their lowest possible mark-up. And when they do, it rewards them with more fulfilled orders.

In addition, this model is not only effective in supplying clinical workers; you can also save significantly through our experience in managing non-clinical contract labor. 

We’ve been using a VMS system longer than just about anyone in the business…and with greater effectiveness. Accordingly, we’re able to generate results that are above and beyond those of most traditional VMS providers.  These programs include real-time rate benchmarking, payrolling services, SOW Management capability, and a variety of other cost-saving models that can be customized for your specific needs. 


Our clients receive one consolidated bill for all labor provided by third-party suppliers, whether it’s clinical or non-clinical. And this bill is electronically audited to assure accuracy.

We put dedicated Program Managers onsite at most of our clients. This helps us better understand your requirements…and helps us present only the most-qualified resumes to you. But we don’t make the hiring decisions – you do. Your own hiring managers will make the final decisions about extending an offer to a candidate. But, because we’ve already done all the heavy lifting – the sifting to find qualified candidates, and the discussions with the staffing vendors presenting them – your managers are totally freed up from this time-consuming process. And this will give them – and you – a very precious gift - they’ll then have the time to concentrate on their core responsibilities.
