*COMFORCE RightSourcing^® changed its name to RightSourcing in 2010

For more than a decade, RightSourcing^® has specialized in creating customized solutions for healthcare organizations, enabling them to meet their ever-changing needs for contingent labor workforce management.  Our delivery model focuses on the procurement, selection, engagement, and tracking of contingent (non-employee) workers (independent contractors, temps, and freelancers).  We’ve been awarded the Joint Commission Certificate of Distinction…and our suppliers meet these same standards for candidates on assignment.

RightSourcing’s^® success began in 2001, when a leading healthcare system recognized the success that Fortune 1000 companies were experiencing with VMS relationships, and realized that the system could be beneficial for healthcare organizations, as well.  They decided to find a partner that specialized in contingent labor management…a partner that would enable them to create greater efficiencies in the staffing process while at the same time reducing costs, as well as implement technology that provided greater transparency.  The company’s RFP process generated over fifty responses.  After extensive due diligence, the company selected RightSourcing^® to launch the healthcare industry’s first vendor management program for house-wide contract workforce.

That partnership continues to grow today.  RightSourcing^® has provided this client with over $10 million in direct cost savings…along with increased efficiencies, and reduced risks in its contract labor staff.  In addition, this client has realized significant soft-dollar savings through invoice consolidation, timekeeping integration, and decreased utilization.  The quality of the contract staff has been so high that the hospital has actually hired over 200 of them as employees - at no additional cost.  These results are not exceptional; in fact, they’re pretty much the rule for RightSourcing^® clients.
